Really poor quality
Really poor quality. Shirts fray and stitches open up. I brand but their manufacturing process and quality selection is terrible. I won't buy the again
warranty claim
I have claimed warranty on a jacket of RSP'€450 due not satisfactory rain protection of part of it. It was purchased online and thus the claim was also made using the service contact on the www site. There was no issue with it and the company provided full credit in a week time.

Bought a Helly Hansen packable rain jacket
Bought a packable rain jacket. Performed phenomenally for couple of years. Then the seam lining started coming off and allowed rain in. Second jacket from HH.. Last one I buy. Old warranty was lifetime. New one is garbage.

Online availability is misleading
Online availability is misleading. I ordered a jacket last week. Today I received a mail advising that my order was cancelled. I rang customer services and was advised that all stock of the product is reserved for trade customers!!! HH have an IT issue being worked on this week.
The product continues to show as available for ordering on the website. If I want to see if stock is available before ordering any product, I have to call customer services!!!!
Great rep to deal with… Quality product…
Great rep to deal with… Quality product !… However AFTER my delivery was CONFIRMED and I changed my schedule to be home when the CONFIRMED delivery was to be delivered …. I tracked my order only to find out that the order would NOT be delivered as confirmed.

I am a professional sailor and HH products keep me dry and warm. If I have any issues whit a product HH is always there to support and give me a solution.

Yes the first one was succsefull. But me and My wife try with My account and later with a new account of her. An never ever the three credit cards that we used never pasa. With Montane (see My revises here in trust Pilot) I bought several times with minor issues and the solve all the problems fast and good. You don't.

Poor customer service
I have ordered on 26 May a coat and suddenly it got returned back to the company. I have tried to call the company and the number doesn't work or doesn't excist. I have send a mail twice and still did not receive any reply. This mail send like a week or 2 ago. Ordrr number: 67000047242

I had a issue with my HH shell in that the waterproofing did not work well in the rain. I contacted HH and they took care of the issue immediately and issued a credit. Fantastic service.

I had made a warranty call/claim through the website. The contact person, Mike was very helpful and swift in his response to my original email. The claim was handled quickly and smooth. I’m very happy with the customer service. I will definitely be thinking Helly Hansen for all my outdoor attire. Two thumbs up. Thank you Helly Hansen!

I returned an order to HH by mistake instead of returning it to Tommy Hilfiger? I cannot express enough my gratitude for them contacting me, arranging delivery back to me at no cost at all, very attentive , and Jake and all of the team were beyond helpful , so refreshing to receive such professionalism and honesty.

I ordered a pair of shoes and within 40 minutes of wearing them they had cut my toe where a seam was, making a return impossible. I just emailed them letting them know my problem and I wasn’t expecting anything from them. Customer service emailed me back promptly and sent me a store credit after I answered a few of their questions. Very impressed with this company and I will definitely order more products from them in the future.
